Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. However, in order to respect our time and resources, we kindly ask for the following regarding cancellations: • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment: Full refund of deposit. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment: Deposit will be forfeited. • No-shows or same-day cancellations: 100% of the total service fee will be charged.
