CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. To respect scheduling and reserved service time, the following policy applies: • The retainer is non-refundable, as it secures your appointment date and time. • If notice is given 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the retainer may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment or banked as a credit for a future service. • Any banked retainer must be used within the same calendar year as the original booked service. For example, if your appointment is booked for May 2026, any rescheduled service must also take place within 2026. • Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in the retainer being forfeited.
